Zero To One Racing - Evan's Story
We’re building a race team from the ground up, proving what’s possible with heart, hard work, and your help!
Every supporter helps keep the dream alive.

What does it take to become a motorcycle racer?
It started with a dream, a spark that refused to fade.
The Dream
Evan didn’t grow up in a racing family; there were no paddock weekends or inherited knowledge passed down through generations — just curiosity, sheer determination, and a willingness to learn everything from the ground up.
Every regulation, every setup, and every race-day routine has been discovered through persistence and patience.
At just 16, Evan is chasing a dream that many assume is out of reach without years of experience or financial backing. Yet his story proves that passion and perseverance can overcome inexperience — and that the starting line isn’t determined by background or the number of years spent in the paddock — it’s defined by purpose, persistence, and the hours you’re willing to put in learning your craft.
Evan was diagnosed with Autism at 15, though his parents had recognised the signs much earlier. That diagnosis didn’t change who he was; it revealed his extraordinary focus, analytical mind, and ability to see patterns others miss. For Evan, racing has become more than a sport — it’s a path of growth, confidence, and self-belief.
As a family, we’re learning alongside him — navigating the complexities of motorsport, understanding sponsorship, and supporting Evan through every challenge. Each hurdle teaches us something new about teamwork, determination, and what it truly means to chase a shared dream. Watching him develop — emotionally, socially, and personally — has been the greatest reward of all.

The Challenge
Grassroots motorcycle racing is demanding, unpredictable, and expensive. Every event means travel costs, equipment maintenance, tyres, and race entry fees — each requiring careful budgeting and relentless effort. Without a family racing legacy or corporate sponsorship, progress comes one race, one lesson, and one long night in the garage at a time.
Evan’s Autism brings both challenges and advantages. Social settings and sensory environments can be overwhelming, yet his focus, memory, and problem-solving ability give him an edge on the track. Every race weekend tests his resilience — not only as a racer but as a young man learning who he is and how far he can go.
As his family, we’re right there with him — learning, adapting, and doing everything we can to help turn obstacles into opportunities.

The Mission
Zero To One Racing is about more than competing — it’s about inspiring others who share the same dream but don’t know where to start. It’s a living example of how belief, community, and determination can turn potential into progress.
If you’ve ever chased a dream without a map, you’re already part of this story. Our goal is to show that motorsport isn’t limited to those born into it. With support from sponsors, donors, and followers, we can prove that dreams built on hard work and heart are worth backing.
This journey is still unfolding. We don’t yet know where it will lead — and that’s what makes it truly exciting. Every weekend, every improvement, every small victory adds another step forward. The road ahead may be uncertain, but every milestone proves that progress is possible when passion, perseverance, and persistence lead the way.
